T. brucei single cell paper out
Ginny’s T. brucei single-cell paper came out in PLoS Pathogens https://journals.plos.org/plospathogens/article?id=10.1371/journal.ppat.1010346. This was a great collaboration with Wendy Gibson’s group at Bristol! She also presented this work in the single cell symposium, organised by Thomas Otto and Matt Marti, at the ICOPA meeting in Copenhagen in August (see picture).

New pre-print out
Ginny’s T. brucei single-cell paper is up on Biorxiv https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.10.13.463681v2. This was a great collaboration with Wendy Gibson’s group at Bristol! Highlights include visits to Langford, watching tryps swim, and tying patterns of gene expression to specific morphological forms.

New paper out!
Our work profiling Plasmodium falicparum throughout transmission in the mosquito was published in Nautre Comms. This was a result of a great collaboration with the Sanger Institute and Imperial. Please check it out here: https://www.
